You become a pirate who is hired by versatile trading companies and has to complete voyages on their behalf. The one who completes 50 levels with at least 3 trading companies becomes the legend. It is available on Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox X/S.

Graphics 10/10

One of the main attractions of Sea of Thieves is its brilliant graphics. The open world welcomes you to explore the lands and multiple seas as a pirate. There are different settings offered by developers. So, don’t get too surprised by watching vampires and dinosaurs. In the Tall Tales scenario you meet the one and only Captain Jack Sparrow, who may be slightly different from its movie version, but still recognizable.

The graphics are well-developed and do not freeze during the numerous adventures you experience. Since it has a 540p resolution, with a 15fps option of graphics if you need it, you can enjoy the game on PC starting from the 1700s. Developers decided to go below HD to add more options to players.

Sound 9/10

As long as you can hear Kraken's deep noise during the night, you can be totally satisfied with sound effects. It looks like it was made by true fans of pirate life for other fans, with detail to every sound around you. The main problem, in our opinion, is that the voice of Jack Sparrow sounds less Johnny Deppish than we expected. Meanwhile, the overall score is pretty decent. Some players even cut the famous phrases from the game to put them as ringtones.

Gameplay 10/10

If you consider yourself an aesthete who quickly bores from any game, you have to try Sea of Thieves. It offers a wide range of entertainment you will not even notice you spend the last 24 hours in the game. This is an open world with different maps you don’t want to miss. You start with creating an avatar. Make it unique and memorable, since you will meet lots of other players in the game.

You may play solo or form an alliance with other players. If you play solo you can navigate sloop, three players control brigantine, and four players and more can sail on the galleon. Pay attention to the fact that not every player you meet is friendly. Other players can attack your ship, so you have to make sure you have enough cannonballs and can patch up the holes in the ship. You need to take part in the quests. Once you die in the game, you will be sent to the ghost ship where you have to wait before you respawn.

Lasting Appeal 10/10

This game does not get boring at all. You have so many options around you. You may play solo or form alliances with others, chat with them, and take part in quests. You will hear multiple legends and will be able to see the wonders. If you want to compete against other players, pick Arena mode and find out who is the real legend.
